Heartcast Media didn't have a predictable client acquisition system in place. They were doing a great job keeping clients and getting referrals, but they lacked certainty. Cold outbound wasn't in their wheelhouse, and they were looking for a third-party solution.

For outbound channels, we picked cold email & Linkedin. After building the infrastructure we started outbound mainly targeting coaches and consultants. We noticed the service was in high demand and were able to book a lot of meetings from the get-go. Targeting still needed some tweaking to find companies who could afford their services and after a few weeks, Heartcast signed their first client.
